Purple Horn is capable to inspect all direct and indirect battery materials including hardness, thickness of plating, specific surface area of active material, graphite powder, particle size distribution, tap density, metal content, tensile strength/ penetration of separator film and Cu/AL foil, the air permeability of separator, heating shrinkage, moisture, melting point, powder resistance.

Base on the ISO9001/TS16949 quality standard in our factory.

Ensure the equipment capability by using SPC/CP method during processes, continues improvement to monitor all the critical processes.
